1.（electromagnetic heater) Confirm the original heating form of equipment requiring energy-saving transformation:
A. (electromagnetic heater)Electric furnace wire / quartz: confirm the quantity of the original heating zone and the heating power of each temperature zone, and select the electromagnetic heating products of the corresponding power model nearby for matching. If the power is less than 2.5kW, all select the 2.5kW electromagnetic heating control board, and the quantity of the matched products is the same as that of the original heating zone. This method is mainly used for injection molding machine, film blowing machine, wire drawing machine Extruder and other low-power equipment.

B. (electromagnetic heater)Coal / diesel heating: confirm the diameter of the barrel, the length of the area to be heated, the temperature to be heated according to the production needs and the specific output requirements. This method requires a certain professional level and experience. If necessary, the customer can provide the above data for identification by the manufacturer of the electromagnetic heater. The method is mainly used for water granulator, various boilers and other high-power equipment;

2. Heater: refer to the matching method of daily air conditioner for the power matching of electromagnetic heating, that is, 15 square / kW can meet the heating demand;

3. (electromagnetic heater)The electric heating rod placed in water is transformed into an electromagnetic induction heater with the same power. The power saving effect is less than 10%, which is not significant, but it can greatly improve its safety and antioxidant capacity.
